PRAISE HIM

Text: John 4:21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23But the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Is there a designated place to worship today?
We are to worship God everywhere we go.
Look at the meaning of the words WORSHIP and PRAISE.
To worship is to give honor or respect.
To express feelings of profound adoration.
           To honour
To pay proper attention to; (listen to his voice) not violate
To show consideration for; treat courteously or kindly
          To praise him is to;
          Express approval or admiration.
Offer grateful homage in words or song.
          Attend services of divine worship.
To feel an adoring reverence or regard.
If we worship him everywhere, then why do we come to church?
We come to church to show off our new clothes, to make business connections etc…
We come to church to learn the word, to fellowship and of course for congregational worship.
