Body

The body has nine systems; circulatory, skeleton, repertory, nervous, digestive, immune, etc.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Our body needs
Food & Clothing
Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matt. 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Health
A good steward takes god care of his health. Eat right get enough rest and exercise good health habits.
Clothing
It's important how you dress. You represent the Kingdom of God
.
Matt.6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Shelter

Exercise;
1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
Love
Love is a physical and an emotional need.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
Love yourself. Make yourself loveable.
Don't abuse your body
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
Drug abuse is life abuse. Using drugs abuses your body.
Be a good steward. Take care of your body!
